What if I want to cancel my order?

All sales are final. Do review your orders before purchasing!


The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

You can email us at shopconceptco@gmail.com telling us which product is out of stock and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may choose to view our other products in the meantime.


I received the wrong order, what should I do?

I received a defective item, what should I do?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for Normal Mail but we highly recommend Registered Mail for $3.00 instead which will allow you to track your order.



How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

As our items are pre-ordered, it is estimated to arrive within 2 weeks. Once your item has arrived, it will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.
